How you join
You join by entering your mobile number on velvetrailhtx.com and checking the text message consent box, which reads:
"By checking this box and clicking SIGN UP, I expressly agree to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages from Velvet Rail at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance."
The box is never pre-checked, and text consent is separate from email consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We record the date, time and consent version (2026-10-29-v1) when you sign up.
