Four nights. One room. A real crowd.
Velvet Rail runs Thursday through Sunday, 7 PM to 2 AM, with live music, resident DJs and a room that fills every night it opens. The work is fast, the standard is high, and the schedule leaves Monday to Wednesday for the rest of your life.
We hire for attitude and train the rest. Bar and service experience helps; TABC certification is required before your first shift and we will tell you how to get it.

Busser
Keeps the room ready: tables turned, glassware moving, the floor clean while it's full.
Barback
The bar's engine: ice, stock, fruit, glassware, and the bartenders never reach for something that isn't there.
Server
Owns a section of velvet seating. Reads a table, sells the menu, keeps the night moving.
Bartender
Makes the cocktail menu to spec and fast, at a rail that is the centre of the room.
